Oncall RN - Weekends
We are seeking a caring full-time Weekend Oncall RN to join the Bethany team. Position offers a full-time salary with all the benefits.
Full-time Weekend Oncall RN position now available. Join the most caring hospice team in Pittsburgh! Triage calls and make visits to hospice patients beginning Friday at 5pm through Monday at 8am. A typical weekend averages 12 phone calls. We visit approximately 6 patients each day on Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications
RN License in PA
At least one year of nursing experience, hospice experience is a plus
Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
Understanding of hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill (we can help you with this one!)
Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
Satisfactory criminal background check
Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania

The Details
Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 depending upon experience
Hours: Weekends, Full-time
