Bethany is seeking an experienced RN or CRNP with proven leadership skills for our hospice and palliative care team.

The Director of Clinical Services is a member of our senior management who ensures appropriate delivery of patient services and compliance with state and federal hospice regulations as well as the company’s operating model. In addition, this position achieves and maintains competency in quality of care, customer service, staffing, leadership, census and cost containment. Responsible for the daily operation of the clinical team including employment of qualified personnel and timely personnel evaluations. Establish and maintain high standards for quality care and customer service. Develop, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice services that meet or exceed the standards for quality established by the company. Maintain compliance with all relevant rules and regulations.

Qualifications
NP or RN License in PA (Required)
Master’s degree in nursing. (Preferred)
Experience in health care management. (Preferred)
Demonstrated leadership ability toward professional and administrative personnel.
Demonstrated knowledge of business and financial management.
Thorough understanding of hospice philosophy, the Medicare hospice benefit and needs of the terminally ill.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a working knowledge of relevant computer programs.
Good organizational, people and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of health care reimbursement and appeals practices.
Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
Physical exam in accordance with state law requirements.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
Satisfactory criminal background check.
Presentation of negative TB skin test and/or CXR and other tests as required by hospice and/or state law.
Valid driver’s license and an automobile that is insured is accordance with state law and is in good working order.
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
