Hospice Clinical Educator
Bethany is seeking a Hospice Clinical Educator to lead staff development and elevate excellence in compassionate end-of-life care. Current RN license and 2+ years hospice nursing experience required. Preference for candidates with clinical educator experience.

Qualifications
RN License in PA required (required)
At least two years of hospice nursing experience (required), clinical educator experience preferred
Vehicle, driver’s license and car insurance
Expert in hospice philosophy and needs of the terminally ill
Knowledge of and compliance with accepted professional standards and practices
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting
Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers
Satisfactory criminal background check
Presentation of negative TB test or CXR as required by state law
Demonstrate good nursing judgement and excellent observation and communication skills
Ability to provide good written documentation in a timely manner
Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision
Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations
Desire to be part of the best hospice team in western Pennsylvania

Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000/yr, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time
